The best way of ways to eliminate squirrels is one way traps set on the entrance point to the structure. This way the squirrel depart on their own but cannot re-enter. If the squirrel is persistent, the next alternative would be to trap and remove the squirrel to a lawful wildlife refuge.

Armadillos, skunks, and opossums commonly take up urban residence. Cities will only come and pick them up if you already have them trapped. Rats and bats should immediately be eliminated from structures before they over populate the house.
